logoA sneak preview of Zoes at the Peachtree Battle Shopping Center.

With prices rising across the board, it can be challenging to find a good, quick, healthy and inexpensive bite to eat. When in a time crunch, I usually find to find myself darting to the closest Chick-fil-A, but soon there will be a healthier alternative, Zoes in the Peachtree Battle Shopping Center (close to Jaliscos).  There are light meals that have fewer than 400 calories and 10 grams of fat, Zone-inspired meals that fit the 40 percent carbohydrate-30 percent protein-30 percent fat guidelines, meals that fit the American Heart.  And not to worry for those who are not watching their calories they have the non  healthy options too.

Their prices ranges from $7 to $9 for their sandwiches, salads and hot plates (which includes chips and a side item).  And don’t miss the deals on the kids menu where everything is priced at $2.95!

Zoes Kitchen also does family dinners to go. The menu says each dinner will feed four people, and most go for about $30 (which is pretty reasonable when you do the math). That menu is not as extensive, but seems easy to pick up on your way home when you don’t have time to cook.

This is one of my family’s faves in Ponte Vedra, so I am thrilled to discover that they have arrived in Buckhead! Go check it out and let us know what you think.
