Chantal, a high-end kitchenware company, is offering a tea kettle trade-in by partnering locally with Atlanta area Cook’s Warehouse locations to encourage consumers to recycle old tea kettles of any brand or style.

The program offers 20 percent off the price of a new Chantal tea kettle for customers who bring in their old kettles during the month of August.  So hurry.

Cook’s Warehouse is accepting trade-ins at its Midtown, Brookhaven and Decatur locations as well as online. Functional tea kettles will be donated to charitable organizations such as Goodwill for resale; kettles too bummed up for use will be recycled. So there’s nothing to lose. Except your old tea kettle.

What a cute and inexpensive idea for a creative spring bouquet perfect for a baby shower or Easter luncheon. All you will need are some fresh flowers from your yard, some empty jars and brown bags.                                        

Quick and Easy 2 Step Process

1. Draw lines on a bag to make an upside-down T with a fat horizontal bar.

2. Cut along the lines with decorative-edge scissors. Open the bag. Arrange a bouquet of fresh flowers in jar of water; set bouquet inside the basket. Join the two halves of the handle with double-sided tape.
